I was invited to this place, unfortunately am not able to make it! Heard it is a very good fun bowling experience!
1 Star — If I Could Give Zero, I Would My experience at Rinaldi’s Bowling Alley was by far one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. The manager (or the woman who appeared to be running the place) set the tone immediately — nasty, rude, and absolutely unprofessional. And unfortunately, the staff followed her lead. We were given a defective lane that kept malfunctioning, and instead of helping or even pretending to care, she became irritated that we complained. At one point, she looked me dead in my face and said, “So what do you want to do? Because you’re not getting your money back.” No apology, no solution, nothing. Just attitude. It’s honestly no surprise they always have security present- they need it. Because with how disrespectful and condescending she speaks to people, someone could easily lose their patience with her. The hostility is unnecessary, unprovoked, and just bad for business. If you’re thinking about going…don’t. Spend your money somewhere that values customers, knows how to treat people, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re the problem for expecting basic service. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Overall horrible establishment.
Honestly, what a joke. Pulled up ready to bowl and have a good time, but apparently you have to be 21 or older just to get in. Like… it’s a bowling alley, not a nightclub. Nobody said anything about that online, so we showed up for nothing. The staff wasn’t friendly about it either — just gave attitude and made us feel like we didn’t belong. Whole thing felt super targeted and unnecessary. If you’re not 21, don’t even bother coming here. Total waste of time.
Had a terrible experience here. We were a group of 8 and simply asked for two adjacent lanes, but the manager was unbelievably rude. Even though the place was nearly empty, she refused to accommodate us and said we could only get two lanes if we paid separately—but not next to each other. When we pointed out that the alley was barely 20% full, she got even more aggressive and told us to leave. Her attitude was completely uncalled for. Really disappointing experience—won’t be coming back.
Awesome experience, feels very vintage so I like that feeling. I just wish they would have a season pass so my visits could be a little cheaper since I go a lot. Other than that, it’s very nice.
