It's been 10 years since I bought my Sirrus Elite Disc hybrid bike. The team helped me choose a what turned out to be a great commuter ride. Service over the years kept it tuned and smooth. I did not have an experience with a bike purchase but I must comment on the wonderful staff I interacted with on a recent Sunday evening. While visiting the Presidio area with my granddaughter, she experienced some severe stomach issues on our walk back to our car. Out of concern for her ability to keep walking the remaining mile I spontaneously asked 3 random gentleman getting in their car if they could drive us just to the end of the street. Even though I am sure they were somewhat stunned by the request, they graciously agreed. Not only did they take us to the end of the street they took us all the way to the parking lot! They were so, so kind and they greatly relieved our distress. What they didnt know was this was the end of a pretty horrible day for us. Our rental car completely died early in the day and we had spent more than 5 hours waiting for a tow truck and then getting a replacement car. We lost hours of the first day of our vacation dealing with the absolutely horrible customer experience with the rental company. We only had a few good hours walking the paths of the Presidio until her stomach issues hit. Then along came our rescuers. What a fantastic team you must have if these 3 represent your business philosophy and standards!!!
Extremely helpful! Brendan and Rowen were very receptive to my questions and helped me choose my bike. They worked with me over a few weeks to make sure I found the bike that fit me best. They were extremely patient with my questions and did everything they could to accommodate my requests in order to help me make a final decision on my purchase. I will definitely be back here and will recommend to others!
