Service was exceptional, courtesy of an employee there by the name of Stephanie H. Stephanie answered our questions straightforwardly and with honest transparency. She was courteous towards any ambivalence we carried about certain options, and guided us through the inventory at a comfortable pace. Stephanie was also collaborative in sharing her perspective in a manner that encouraged finding the best fit for the customer, rather than simply aiming for a high price tag. Stephanie’s service made it an overall comfortable and helpful experience. Because of her, I would highly recommend this location.
I have gotten all my jewelry from Rodgers & Hollands. My husband had purchased my engagement ring here 20 yrs ago. And since have been a loyal customers. Our sales associate RaJeanna this weekend was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! Merry Christmas to all!!
We came to Rogers & Hollands looking for an anniversary ring. We were greeted warmly by an associate who gave multiple suggestions for me to think about. The associate and Andre Foster checked us out and promised my rings before Christmas. They were delivered 5 days before! I’m sorry I can’t remember the young ladies name, but she was wonderful!
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to us! I purchased a watch, and she even took the extra time (which was A LOT) to set the time and date on my watch. She was happy to show us rings and has a great taste!
The new male employee was remarkable. He went straight for a ring that was not only beautiful but the exact size I needed. He said it gave him chills. And Stephanie was a wonderful manager who helped us as well. Thanks for making my engagement so memorable!
