My mother experienced sudden flooding in her lower level bathroom. We were able to shut off the main water valve. We contacted Roto-Rooter and within an hour, Oleg B, field supervisor was on site To inspect the issue. He was able to quickly make an assessment, contact a plumber, who arrived within the hour. In the meantime, he was reassuring professional, and answered all of our questions and filing a claim with our insurance company for the remediation as it was determined, the backup was from the main water/sewer line. Both Oleg and the Plumber were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within a couple of hours, the initial job was complete completed, and water was restored. Oleg also said he would work with us providing pertinent and technical information to the insurance company claim. He provided his contact information and followed up with us through out the afternoon and evening.

I had a major clog that resulted in all 3 of my toilets being blocked and unable to be used. The technician that came out today, Josh Brooks did an amazing job, and he successfully cleared the lines and restored my toilets to working order. He worked diligently to diagnose the problem, performed the necessary actions to clear the lines, ensured everything was in working order, and cleaned the area before he left. He was polite and professional, he explained what he was doing throughout the process, and he answered all of my questions before he left. I am very pleased with the service I received from Josh, and I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. He definitely represented Roto Rooter in the best possible way. Root-Rooter and Arjan were awesome for us. We found a small leak in one of the pipes from our water heater and needed someone to look at it quickly. Scheduling was easy, and the follow up confirmation was quick to get our appointment set up for the next day. Arjan arrived on time and quickly took care of our issue, while explaining a lot of the ins and outs of everything without trying to make a sale. He gave us a lot of good information to make sure we knew what to keep an eye on in the future and we now know more about water heaters. To top it all off, the price was fair and the job was done quickly and well. Will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again if any other plumbing issues arise.
