I highly recommend teaming up with Dawn for your pregnancy journey! As a first time mom, Dawn's offerings helped my partner and I navigate all the newness that comes with pregnancy. Her prenatal yoga classes provided a loving environment to slow down and tune in to the body. It was also a great shared space to meet expecting and new moms. Her childbirth course provided an empowering perspective on the birthing process. As a doula, Dawn's presence, insight, and support before, during, and after labor brought an indispensable sense of comfort and warmth in to welcoming our little girl. If you're curious about adding a support person to your pregnancy experience, Dawn is a great choice! I was also able to attend her Motherhood Circle Intro and Birth Comfort Techniques class. Both were top notch!
I had the fortune to have Dawn as my postpartum doula. She helped me with the smallest chores at home to the most profound mindfulness practices which is her area of expertise. She thought me yoga, meditation among other similar activities that I so much needed at that moment when I was trying to adjust to my life as a mom with a new routine, learning to take care of a newborn while recovering, from a C-section. Dawn always brought a new and refreshing perspective of the situation that I was going through and as a mother herself understood me very well. She also made the best protein snacks for me and surprised me with homemade meals. She became part of our family and I could never thank her enough for her help and guidance during that challenging part of my life. I highly recommend Dawn as a doula. You will never regret it.
Dawn is an incredible teacher! As someone who has never done yoga before, the classes are approachable and relaxing. Her prenatal yoga course has helped me roll through the new aches and pains though my pregnancy journey as well as mentally and spiritually prepare myself for our baby. I cannot recommend her and this course enough.
Dawn is an amazing resource for women, mothers, and caretakers. I was lucky enough to attend prenatal yoga class with Dawn which introduced me to all the other incredible classes and experiences she offers. I ended up taking a birth prep class, attending postpartum events, and participating in a mother’s circle. I highly recommend Dawn’s events, classes, services—essentially everything she offers to TTC, pregnant, and postpartum friends and their loved ones.
Taking Dawn’s prenatal yoga classes was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy! Dawn is an amazing instructor and I always left class feeling stronger physically & more empowered mentally. Her postnatal class is equally healing & wonderful, too.
