Firstly Peter is an ignorant argumentative rude offensive Agent 1•fails to show for an appointment to show us round 2• txt us to confirm attendance but failed to show himself “Im looking forward to seeing you at and on regards Peter” 3•the state of the property was deplorable compared to what was described in resume Holes in walls chunks out of doors wires hanging fromLight pendents Lighting had been removed Smoke alarms hanging loose Carpets torn up by cats and chewed doors This property was described as immaculate & of excellent standard. It was also damp no survey done on the basment. 4•no one checked in with us after viewing 5• the advert states the property we went to view had basement accommodation repairing this was misrepresented it was a laundry room with low ceiling damp and had a cupboard. 6• placed offer on house reflecting condition & home report missing tiles failed velux roof window The offer was not passed on. When queried Peter replied the owner said it’s a window blind and there is no broken tiles. Ok so the home report was a fabrication then. We requested images of the basement and none were provided After asking 3 times The house price was misrepresented in our opinion on the advert as it was a waste of our time & money however Peter didn’t like being told this and became rude & spoke to me in a disgusting manner he was condescending rude & down rite ignorant. He proceeded to tell us we did not understand how the market works. Given the fact that we have 5 sizeable commercial property’s and a residential let already we understand perfectly. I feel that He was only brave enough to do so behind a telephone & would not have dreamt of doing so in person. Personally this Agency is one to avoid not professional in the slightest. The staff are of poor mentality & the behaviours & lack of professionalism is as apparent as the lack of attendance at viewings. Anyone listing with this outfit think before giving them your money as you will not get the service.

The Savills Glasgow Team were great to work with. Highly professional and lovely people. We hadn't planned to sell our home, but when we suddenly decided to, we wanted to move quickly and the Savills Team did just that. We were given an indication of the price range and how to market our home. We had a number in mind that was within that range. Our house went on the market on Friday and we accepted an offer on Monday that hit our target. No messing around The team also dealt with a few challenges on the way as always happens in property transactions and this was really appreciated and all part of the fantastic service. Caroleanne first alerted us to our new home in Portincaple, just as it came on the market in August 2024. We were at the end of our annual holiday to the west coast, and spent almost two hours viewing the house, as we knew we may not have another chance to see it before offering. Since the viewing, Caroleanne proactively kept us up to date with the vendors' timing and progress on other interests in the property. Her communication with us was incredible; she was friendly, informative, helpful, and available to chat when we needed to, offering suggestions, helping us to understand the vendors' needs, and answering all our questions. When the sale went to a closing date, we put in an offer, and were delighted (and quite emotional) when Caroleanne called to say that we had won the bid! Should we ever decide to sell (unlikely!) we would be honoured to have Caroleanne (and Savills) act as selling agent for us. Thank you so much Caroleanne!
