****DISCLAIMER: LONG POST**** I have been to this place solo and once with my mom and overall good experiences, hence why I decided to bring my husband today. Most times I made appointments and a couple without. Today I called at 10:05am and scheduled 2 appointments for 11:30am today. We arrived at 11:28am to be told we had to wait 20 minutes since they didn't have enough staff. That's agitating NOT Serene but we waited in hopes of getting a wonderful massage only to be brought to an open traffic area for foot massages? And when I asked about private room the lady said "you want special right, I made hot water for your feet". This was AFTER waiting for 20 minutes. I was told we're scheduled for Full Body massages for 40 minutes "THE SPECIAL" advertised by banner on their building. Needless to say we left because of the lack of customer satisfaction and no recourse to make things right. I will NEVER return here and I urge everyone to look into other massage places nearby!
I am a massage therapist, so my hubby and I check out new places all the time. It was the best massage in a long time! We each had an individual session. The intake form is simple and straightforward. Both therapists focused on our requested areas, gave the deep pressure we needed, and hot stones for a soft landing on muscle recovery. We both enjoyed luxurious aromatherapy as well. Music was relaxing. Establishment was clean. Therapists were respectful. Some people may complain about traditional massage being more structured and purposeful, but not us. We see the value in their hard work and they are eager to help you feel better in the most effective way possible! Thank you!! 🌸💮🏵️

Couples massage within less of an hours notice. Thank you for accommodating us for a superb massage. Easy to find parking in the parking lot. We enjoyed the attention to detail and curating our experience to our preference of pressure/location during a full body. Zero complaints, clean facility, with the SERENE spa decor for tranquility and promoting wellness. Thank you for opening our pores and helping us breathe better. The hot stones were dancing on my back. I’ll be telling friends and family to visit Serene Massage for an amazing massage, peace and serenity. Thank you!
I chose this place for the proximity and price. And am absolutely happy! The place is really serene, peaceful and calming to begin with. I was attended by Luna - her overall service also was very pleasant. The massage pressure was just right, the music - lovely and the aromatherapy - very appropriate and elegant. I also loved the hot stones that came with the 60 min full body session! Overall experience- absolutely marvelous!
