I had the most wonderful experience at this Shane in Chandler,AZ. I was shopping with my family for engagement rings. Cami, helped us out! I even was so emotional, in tears of joy during the process. What store makes you feel that way!? And believe me I had gone to a few jewelry places prior to coming to Shane. She was very professional, she had patience and was very kind and welcoming, worked with our budget too. Cami made the process smooth. The customer service received was above anything else!! I would never go to any other Jeweler. They are so friendly and helpful. The quality is amazing. They let you trade up your jewelry for what you paid originally, clean all of your jewelry that is brought in (except for Tiffany's), and resize as often as you need for life. I've been a customer for over 20 years and will never go anywhere else.
