When my husband and I were getting married on February 22, 2022, we looked high and low and chose Zales. He bought mine, and I bought his. When I ordered his online, I mistakenly did not log in and ended up just buying the ring. I also ended up deleting the emails that were tied to the order. Today, we chose the Chandler Mall Zales to get our wedding rings checked and cleaned. Romin went above and beyond to help me find the receipt and bonding number for the ring I purchased, and Liza cleaned and detailed our rings. They were so nice, and we are just so appreciative and thankful for their care and helpfulness toward us today.
Leiza is amazing. She was very helpful and patient. I really do appreciate her helping me pick out a cute ring today. Amazing service, I would definitely come back again. Mike was amazing as well. He was so kind and helpful. Amazing service!
Axasan and I have been talking together for a year now. She is so helpful and Amazing. Her and her team helped me from start to finish. I have a very specific ring and she was able to help me find the perfect enhancer for my 10 year anniversary. When we came in today to finally finalize everything, we were so surprised by the new renovations to the store. You can walk through it and look at each ring, necklaces, bracelet, watch, whatever you like with there new layout. Mike, helped me check out and Leiza, Raman, and Rizwana all helped and congratulated me. I am so happy and I sent my ring and new ring for resizing and soldering. 😇🥰😍 Thank you so much!!!!

We walked by the store and noticed the layout changed. Rizwana introduced us to the new concept which we loved! You can go in and pick up the pieces while scanning the QR code to find out more about it. They were so friendly in showing us the new concept. I ended up buying 3 matching bracelets for my mom, sister and I.
