Before we knew about Shield Roofing, we had a “local” company reroof our home from hail damage and they did a very poor job. We called John B. at Shield Roofing to come and look at the nails and shingles that were sticking up and they took care of it pronto without charge even though they didn’t do the initial work to reroof. John also said the “local” company we used didn’t allow for sufficient ventilation and we will be going back to get them to take care of this problem that should have been dealt with from the very beginning. The “local” company didn’t even help us get the insurance paperwork done so we could get a reduction in premiums for the new roof…John helped us complete that as well! Thank you John and Shield Roofing for your professionalism and knowledge of the way a roof should be done correctly!
Called to assess some roof damage and they came out same day. Joe was a complete professional - on-time, friendly, thorough. Even gave me a heck of a deal because it was a small job. Will definitely be calling again the next time I need anything roof related!
The customer service was excellent. Logan w/sales responded within 45 minutes of my inquiry and was able to come evaluate that evening on my schedule. They were able to schedule a repair within a week and the crew was friendly, completed the job within 2 hours, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!
Being a first time home owner and dealing with a roof replacement I wasn’t sure about the process and how things were handled. JP and his team did an amazing job throughout the whole process and helped answer all my questions! They were even familiar with the insurance side of things so overall the process went really smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!
Highly recommended!!! So unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not even be licensed. John and his team provided professional great looking results. John worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered and no surprises. The job was done on time and they did a great job cleaning up. Shield Roofing completely won my trust and is my go forward roofing contractor.
