I love taking my care to Simpson's. They are always so helpful and genuinely happy when I go in. My car is always completed quickly and correctly. I just had them do all my brakes and rotors and I always have them do my oil change. The only people I take my cars to now because I can trust them and they are efficient.
I have lived in Nashville for a little under a year and I have struggled to find a decent repair shop that isn’t looking to gouge me do everything I own. Luckily I stumbled upon Simpson Auto Repair. I have had to visit a couple times now due to issues with my car and they have been nothing short of extraordinary. The communication, honesty, and actual work itself have all been incredible. Nick, Tony, Jim, and everyone else on the team are all the best and are very helpful. Also, the owner, Phillip is a great guy! I will definitely be returning for all of my car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

They provide exceptional customer service, are honest, timely in repairs and quotes and prices are reasonable. They make you feel like family! Highly recommended.
My experience was great! Simpson took my car quickly, repaired the turbo engine & discovered my battery needed replacing. The service was expedient, very good, and they kept me informed. It was good to do business with them because they are friendly, prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. I also appreciated the receipt showing what had been done and the cost. They care! Thankfully they tested the battery to find that it needed a replacement! I’m happy to recommend them anytime and am grateful my car is repaired by people who go “the extra mile”. I’ll be referring Simpson to my friends.
