I had a great experience at Skin Technique. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very attentive. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I really appreciated the clean environment and the natural, thoughtful approach to treatment. The staff are very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I buy my skincare products from Skin Technique and there is always a friendly smile waiting to greet me and help me distract myself from acknowledging how much I am actually spending on skincare! Well worth every penny!
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Pavlou and deeply regret ever trusting this doctor and this clinic. The results from fillers and Botox were extremely disappointing. Despite paying very high prices, everything faded after only TWO months — much faster than any treatment I’ve had anywhere else. For what they charge, the product quality and longevity are completely unacceptable. Dr. Pavlou recommended that I do Softwave. I trusted him and believed he would be the one performing it. I was never properly informed that Christina would be doing the procedure. If I had known that, I would NEVER have come that day. Christina’s work is terrible. She previously did my microneedling and it caused severe acne and made my skin much worse than before. The treatment was extremely rough and careless. My face has never looked this bad. If I had known she would be doing the Softwave, I would never have made the appointment. There was no care, no precision, and no concern for the outcome. No proper consultation, no follow-up, no accountability, and no attempt to fix the damage. On top of this, I was pressured into getting Softwave even after clearly saying I did NOT want this procedure. From the beginning I expressed hesitation, but the staff kept pushing until I finally agreed. Now my face looks terrible and I wasted $3,000. For over two months I have been trying to get help, answers, or a refund. All I receive is runaround and excuses. No one is willing to take responsibility or make this right. Christina was extremely rude and unprofessional. Personality 0/10. Professionalism 0/10. The front desk staff is aggressive and stressful to deal with — booking appointments gives me anxiety. This clinic feels more like a sales office than a medical clinic. They care more about selling expensive procedures than about what is best for the patient. Dr. Pavlou is overpriced, careless, and not worth the risk to your face. Do NOT get Softwave here. Do NOT trust this clinic. Save your money and protect your face — go somewhere else.
As a newbie to skin aesthetic treatments, I could not have asked for a better experience at Skin Technique. The initial welcome by Madison at the front desk immediately put me at ease. Dr. Bedeker was able to dispel any uncertainty about getting a filler treatment by having a conversation with me about what I was interested in and the potential approaches he could take to achieve specific outcomes. It was clear he was knowledgeable about the techniques and progressively completed the treatment, ensuring I was comfortable along the way. He led with a sense of care and commitment to make sure that we were both on the same page about the overall experience. I would 100% come back to Dr. Bedeker to continue my skin aesthetic journey!
I've been going to see Dr. Pavlou for years for botox and lip fillers. He's absolutely amazing with enhancing natural beauty and doesn't go over the top. For botox I wouldn't trust anyone else, I've tried many others, and the way he places it has always looked so much better compared to what I've gotten in the past. He also always tells me if my request for more filler would be too much for my face, quality over quantity ❤️
