Had tattoo removal with Jill and it was honestly such a great experience. She made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything, and checked in with me the whole time. I was definitely nervous going in, but she somehow made it way easier (and way less painful) than I expected. Jill is so kind, patient, and clearly really good at what she does. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely taken care of. If you’re thinking about tattoo removal and feeling unsure at all, go see Jill! She’ll calm your nerves immediately.
I had my laser hair removal sessions with Ryan and she made the whole experience really easy and comfortable. The treatments were also more effective than another place I went to in the past. Recommend if you’re able to b/c it can be pricey, but the quality and results in the end are worth it!
Michele Zabian is amazing!! As was the nurse that did my dysport (without an appt) Kristen or Christy maybe? Also - every single staff member was friendly and personable and spent time talking with me. Michele recommended Morpheus 8 and Neogen combo - and your staff members showed me before and after pictures of their mothers that had procedures done - amazing results. Sold me on the spot. They went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Went here to discuss my concerns with my skin and treatments/ skin care. Shannon was incredibly helpful knowledgeable and honest. She will tell you what’s best for you and has not steered me wrong once, which you don’t find often, on top of being friendly and welcoming! Tessa performed my treatment (Morpheus 8) and is equally as knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting. It’s always a 10/10 experience here I’ll never go anywhere else! Highly recommend
