I was treated with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. The piercer was deeply insulting, stating my lip was "not good enough" for the piercing (I've had my lip pierced before) The piercer also stated that the two people I came with were better candidates for the piercing and that their lips were way better than mine. This conduct was completely uncalled for, humiliating, and made me feel totally disrespected and body-shamed.
RUSSELL has been amazing at first me and my husband went and had two piercings done. They were amazing so we went and I was having a piercing done. Then he looked at me and thought well if she could do it then I can too so he had his done so we’ve had a total of six piercings. They’re amazing. Never had an issue. I would totally recommend RUSSELL and Sleepy Hollow to anybody for piercings or tattoos, they’re amazing!
Russell was amazing! He made me and my wife very comfortable. I had my piercing done, and after that, my wife had her piercing done. Then she went and had a new piercing done she always wanted and I thought well if she could stand that I’ll do mine also. So in total so far, we’ve had 6 piercings never had an issue they’re amazing. You have to be very careful because if your piercer is not protecting you by using the correct technique and equipment your piercings can have a very different outcome . We have been married for 43 years and I guarantee you if I wasn’t comfortable with Russell then I would’ve never allowed him to touch my wife. But that was not the case.
Eddy knocked it out of the park 2 times for us! He did my husbands companion phoenix tattoo a few weeks ago and then did mine yesterday! We went in with a basic idea and Eddy really made it awesome! I am in love with both of these tattoos! Thanks Eddy!
Took my daughter to get her nose pierced here. Was highly recommended by a lot of people. Russell was a really cool guy and took care of us. Cleanliness and sterilization was top priority here and it definitely shows throughout the whole shop. Looked at their portfolios while waiting and it had some awesome work. Russell did a great job informing us and keeping us in the loop of what he was going to do and all the information needed for aftercare. The whole experience was very positive and would recommend this place.
