Felicia is the best brow artist out there, she is so sweet and takes pride in what she does. She is the kind of artist that will perfect your unique brows to your own face not anyone else’s. She helps you accept your own beauty and reduce the comparison to others.
Fe does an excellent job at her services. I recommend her to all my clients. I’ve had a few give her compliments and props to her professionalism. So 10/10 I definitely recommend!
This was the worst brow waxing experience I’ve ever had. Felicia is dishonest. I never said I “loved” my brows after her service — that’s a lie. I’ve had wonderful brow artists in the past, so her claim that I “never found anyone good” is completely false. For example, Lizzie at Tejas is amazing with microblading, and Christina in St. Louis (who I went to for over a decade and who now owns Wink salons) always gave me perfect results. Felicia also promised me a refund, then lied and never followed through. That’s a very small price to pay considering the months of damage I’m left with. Most importantly, she did not listen to a single thing I asked. I specifically said I wanted fluffy, tapered tails — she ripped them off. I asked her not to take from the top to avoid heaviness — she kept waxing over and over until I was red and blistered for the first time in my life. This wasn’t just a poor service, it was careless, damaging, and unprofessional. Do not trust her with your brows.
I recently moved to Texas and was so grateful to find Snatched Studio right away. She is not only professional and punctual but also incredibly sweet, which makes the whole experience so comfortable. Her waxing services are thorough and gentle, and I’ve also loved the brightening treatments she offers! I’m so glad I found my go-to wax lady here in Texas and couldn’t recommend her more!
