Destiny is amazing with both of my kids, one of them being special needs. She's well trained and experienced, gives great cuts and does it with care. We make sure to book with her! Layout is of course kid friendly with the toys and screens and they reward kids at the end with a small prize
Made an appt at 11:30 didn't get see until 12:15. I think if a customer makes an appt those clients should be seen before walking. Very poor time management of clients. Also only one stylist was available, initially there was 2 but the other lady seemed to have left even though it's clear they needed the stylist to help out due to the many customers who came in at the same time.
Very disappointed with the experience. We booked a 5:45 p.m. appointment for our son’s haircut, and my wife went out of her way to be there on time. When she arrived, they told her they might not do the haircut at all because they close at 6. After making her wait until after closing time, they just said they couldn’t do it. This was incredibly unprofessional and a huge waste of our time. Definitely not what we expected.
Called in for a Appoitment for my 1 year old on August 9 2025. I come in unaware that the “stylist” I wanted to cut my son’s hair was “booked”. I asked the lady who was ready for my son if I could just wait for Destiny. Destiny gets after the other poor lady for letting me wait. Destiny She asked if I still wanted the appt with the other lady or if I wanted to reschedule all while having this ugly attitude. The other lady then cuts my one year olds hair so badly that I’m not sure if she even knew what she was doing ( she was so sweet). I leave to pay and wanted to get my son a stuffy from the front. The lady didn’t know how to ring it up so Destiny was called up to help. Destiny had the WORST attitude with this poor woman the whole time at the register. Destiny looked at her so crazy the entire time I was up there and I felt so uncomfortable and sorry for this poor woman. Maybe it’s annoying to train and tell someone over and over what to do but this young lady was absolutely the worst yesterday. This place could do better and I could’ve been told from the beginning that she wasn’t taking anymore clients but instead she waits until she’s done to say anything? lol the whole thing was stupid and annoying to deal with. I rate this a 1 star and will never return. The ATTITUDE AND THE LACK OF GOOD HAIRSTYLIST HERE SUCKS!
Destiny is wonderful & amazing. She did a great job with all my 3 children. She treated each one very kindly, nicely and with a lot of patience!! We recommend her 100% for your little one’s haircut. She is very professional and my kids absolutely love her and will be back!! Thank you Destiny for all your outstanding work!
