Great, fast, efficient and clean. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The dermatologist was knowledgeable, kind and explained the plan of care in great detail. The whole staff worked great and were very attentive
I had the best cosmetic procedure with Teresa Centeno! She did the LaserMD on me! She was so incredibly informative during the whole process while explaining each step! She was kind and caring the whole time! Do yourself a favor and book with her you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Teresa!
My first time here and I was greeted by a friendly staff in a beautiful waiting area. The wait was just a couple of minutes before I was taken to the room. Another couple minutes later Dr. Malan came in and listened to my concerns then came up with a plan. I was given a print out of what my instructions were and a follow up appointment scheduled. I appreciate that the appointment was quick, straight to the point, and I still feel like I was listened to. I’ll definitely be coming back for other skin care services in the future.
My first experience coming here was horrible with another dermatologist. Thankfully, someone at the front desk recommended Erika Ramos. I have now gone to her twice and have had fantastic experiences. Erika is empathetic, compassionate, and smart! She wasted no time getting to the root of my issue, making recommendations, and helped me with my concerns ! I highly recommend going to her!
Thank you for a quick and pleasant experience! My appointment was 2:00 & I was 10 minutes early. I was immediately called back with no wait time. Again no wait time for PA, who was very thorough and professional.I was in my car headed home at 2:13!!! Unheard of! Very efficient office!
