Had remote start installed in my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee we dropped off right at 8:30 am & they had it ready/installed before noon! Very happy with my experience :) Also, it is going to be quite cold here in Rhode Island tomorrow so I’m very happy to now have remote start.
first 2 experiences were satisfying and absolutely on point, however this last and final appointment was completely different and disappointing. have been going here for years.told them specifically i needed tint taken off and put back on at a different percentage. everything was understood when i had left prices and all. before picking up i getta call saying what i was paying for is the percentage of the tint that’s on the vehicle now, completely ludicrous and a flat out lie. he then says percentages are not on the receipts in the system. i explained step by step when i had the 2 previous appointments, what month and year and what percentage they were at and what type to be put on. why would i keep the same percentage and pay for it? then calls to say its ready, calls back to say just the tint was removed, then calls again to finally let me get the car. then i go and i believe, could be wrong, but the pricing on the receipt was not correct, yes the amount was, but the pricing of removing and reapplying was swapped. i go in to pick up the car, the same worker won’t even talk or look at me while im explaining this was not the conversation we had when i made the appointment. when i get in my car the remote starter is completely disconnected out of the socket and wires dangling in my windshield. appreciate the work prior but this experience was completely unprofessional, rude and careless. will never go again!
I Traveled all the way up to Providence to Buy a 78 Z28 mint, but it had no sound and there was no way I was driving all the way home with no music! So I stopped in at Sound FX and these guys hooked it up right. I knew what I wanted and they wasn't trying to push a bunch of extra stuff on me. Great team over there. Had me back on the road in no time with some super clean sound! 100% recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
I had set up an appointment for window tint for my Lincoln and I had a few friends who have gone through Soundfx for tint so it was my first time but from seeing their work I felt comfortable about my decision knowing that I was going to receive quality work! I forgot who the employee who helped me but he was professional and kind. Even convinced me on upgrading to ceramic window tint over the basic style tint material! I went with 5% all around and 40% windshield. And the finished product deserves a great review and I will say I will honestly go back to them with my future vehicles for window tint! Would recommend them to anyone looking for the same results, thanks guys!!
