We've been a part of this gym for years and it's been a great experience. The owner and head coach, Tom, is genuinely nice and knows his stuff. The kids program is excellent, and many of the coaches have their own children training there, which really speaks to the quality of the environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-oriented, and the coaches do a great job of keeping the classes instructional and fun.
My kids and I have been training at Spartan for a little over a year, and the atmosphere has been outstanding. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable. Coach Tom is great with the kids and excellent at teaching fundamentals. Everyone at the gym is supportive and welcoming. I would highly recommend dropping in and trying a class.
I've been coming to Spartan for a few years now, it's a great atmosphere. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and supportive whether teaching the whole group or giving one on one help. It's a great atmosphere and everybody is welcomed. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else.
I've been taking BJJ classes at Spartan since the beginning of 2025, and I would definitely recommend it. Great coaching, and the other students are very supportive and helpful. Overall a great atmosphere even for someone coming in with zero experience.
my 7 year old son is learning jiu jitsu and loves it. The kids program is very good. Coach Tom is great with the kids.
