The physicians here are genuinely kind and professional, and my concern is not about their medical care. It’s about billing transparency and credibility. Before starting treatment, I provided my insurance information, and both the billing specialist and the doctor told me I would only need to pay my regular copay. I relied on that assurance and even signed multiple pages of financial responsibility forms. Months later, I was shocked to receive several unexpected bills, over $1,000 for each 2 hour visit. It’s disappointing to be misinformed about costs before treatment. Patients deserve accurate and transparent billing information when making care decisions. I’ve had to file an insurance appeal to address this issue. Please double check all billing details before starting therapy here. I don’t blame the people working at the clinic, they were kind , but this experience shows just how broken the American healthcare system really is.

Hi Guys, my name is Theodore. I would like to share my experiences with SportsMed physical therapy, especially in Jersey City. Guy the team is so great, they are trained professionals, they provided good services, they are nice, and respectful. I have been in so many places, and I have never received such a treatment like this. Guys, if you're looking for a best treatment for your body, go this place👍

It is an amazing facility with very impressive and professional staff. I have been using their Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services for more than a month and feeling lot better. I definitely suggest if one has to go through these therapies. On top of their professionalism, they provide the patient pickup and dropoff which is really a great service especially for elderly patients.

I'm currently undergoing therapy at Sports Mad Physical Therapy Center and the experience has been excellent so far. The staff is professional, caring, and very attentive to my progress. The facility is clean and well-organized. I already feel positive improvements and look forward to continued recovery with their support.

I did therapy here for my knees (bilateral), and I had a great experience. Ihor was the one treating me—he was knowledgeable, kind, and really helped me throughout my recovery journey. I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. The whole staff was lovely as well—always welcoming and professional. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done to help me feel better. Highly recommend this place!
