Wow, what a wild ride this whole wig situation has been! You know how much I've loved going to that store for ages, never a single hiccup before. That's why I was so bummed about what happened recently. So, rewind to November 12th. I was super excited because I picked up not one, but two new human hair wigs. The prices were honestly fantastic, and I felt like I got such a great deal. I took them home, gave them both a good wash, let them air dry overnight – you know the drill, getting them all prepped to wear. That's when things took a surprising turn. Both wigs were supposedly the same brand and model, just different colors. But, lo and behold, after the wash, it became super clear that one of them definitely wasn't human hair at all! It was such a letdown after thinking I'd snagged two amazing units. Naturally, I headed straight back to the store, hoping they could help clear things up. I explained the situation to the guy out front, expecting some sort of solution. Instead, he just told me I'd have to take it up directly with the company, either by calling or emailing them. I was pretty confused and asked again, just to make sure I understood, and he basically repeated that he couldn't do anything to assist me. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment. I mean, I bought it *from* them, right? It just felt really strange that they couldn't stand behind a product they sold, especially for a loyal customer like me. It's a real shame because, after that experience, I just can't see myself going back there anymore. It's tough to lose a place you've trusted for so long over something like this. LV
Prices are affordable & staff are very nice & helpful & it’s always clean, well organized I love ❤️ this store!
I went to this beauty supply I got there at 6:43pm they were already closed. I thought that sucks because it's not even 7pm. What I didn't like is there was no hours of operation post any where on their building how I'm I suppose to know when you are opened or closed. I guess y'all don't want no money. Sad🤦🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️
Great service , lots of product and always blonde bundle packs of hair, lots of wigs. Stephanie’s amazing and very helpful. Best beauty supply/ hair supply I’ve been to in Sacramento.
Star speaks for its self. Very friendly staff and helpful. Selection on any product is always available. Their wigs are HOT. I bought a beautiful wig for a friend in South Carolina. I shipped it, she received it, she rocked it, complements all day.. If you’re in the area check then out. I drive my 20 mints faithfully. Customer/Fan for life.
