I had a rock completely destroy the sunroof glass on my Crosstrek. My insurance works with Status Symbol Auto Body and also is associated and approved by Subaru. From start to finish I only experienced solid and true customer service, concern and communication from Aaron Premo. He also helped me above and beyond by picking me up at Enterprise Rental Car office because when I was dropping off the car, no one was there and I was stranded. All through the repair process, Aaron provided primo, excellent, outstanding customer service. Would recommend Status Symbol Auto Body to anyone with no hesitation what so ever. They are a Quality, Customer driven company and demonstrate basic qualities of communication, care, genuine concern for the customer.
This is THE best shop in town to take your vehicle. Aaron and everyone in the office were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us full confidence in the support of our vehicle repair. The work they did was above and beyond and this is a great company with friendly folks and we genuinely appreciated the time and effort they took to make us feel comfortable with the overall situation. They did excellent work on my wife's Tesla once Tesla finally provided them all the parts required for the job. Aaron our repair consultant was professional & very courteous. He kept us well informed of the repair process with twice weekly updates. As an authorized Tesla repair facility their work was impeccable & we would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
I cannot say enough good things about Status Symbol Auto Body. I had been battling for five months with another shop to get my car properly fixed when I decided to seek a second opinion at Status. They were willing to listen to my long story, and we performed a diagnostic to identify what was still causing problems with my car. They found a few issues that the other auto body shop missed and were able to fix them all. The entire team was fantastic and genuinely helpful; they made me feel like they truly cared, which is rare these days! Thank you so much for everything you did, and it's such a relief to have my car back and properly repaired!
Status Symbol auto body made getting my hail damage repaired easy. I was able to schedule quickly after getting my claim processed, they explained everything to me as to how it works with the insurance company payment. They gave me a timeframe. My car was going to be done and it was actually done two days early, which was amazing. They are friendly, when you walk in you get greeted by a dog who is excited to see you 😊 And then the staff is all very helpful. I got my car back quickly, clean and repaired perfectly.
