Studio Fitness is such a gem, especially because of Clem. She’s an amazing trainer who will absolutely work you to the bone, but somehow in the best, most motivating way possible. She’s hilarious, super dedicated, and always makes sure you’re making real progress while doing everything the right way. You never feel rushed or lost, just challenged and supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a private gym with trainers who truly care, this is the place to go!
Morgan is an outstanding personal trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable and designs programs that are both effective and challenging, especially if you’re working around injuries. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve become noticeably stronger and more confident in my fitness. She really understands how to meet you where you are and help you progress. The Studio Fitness team is also very friendly and welcoming and the gym itself is both well equipped and well located. I highly recommend Morgan and Studio Fitness!
Studio fitness feels like a true fitness community. All the coaches are friendly and approachable. I have been to lots of gyms over the city but this one truly feels like I belong. They have created a great atmosphere. This is my first time going to a personal trainer and I have been loving it. I train with Nate - he’s found a great balance that helps me reach my strength goals while keeping it fun and interesting. The workouts fly by; in my opinion always a sign of a great workout. It is always one of the best parts of my week. Highly recommend for newbies or those with more experience.
I've been going to Studio Fitness for 2 months now and it's been amazing! All the trainers are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about fitness. I've been working with Nathan since I started, and he's went beyond my expectations for a personal trainer. He's meticulous during each session, and always raises the intensity, making it a very challenging but rewarding experience! He's also been helping me plan my diet to meet my goals with tips and advice. Plus, the gym promotes a great environment for training, always playing fun music! The smoothie bar is actually delicious, and changed my perception of protein shakes. The mixed berry one is my favorite!
This is truly one of the best gyms I’ve ever joined. When I first moved to Toronto, I was looking for a gym that felt professional but still beginner friendly, and I’m really glad I found this place. I was welcomed right away, and after a detailed consultation I got paired with Clem to help fix my upper-body posture and build overall strength. I’ve been training with her for over a year now, and honestly, this has been the best experience I’ve had with personal training. Clem has amazing attention to detail, she catches the smallest things in my form and explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve seen real improvements in my posture and strength, and I feel so much better in my day-to-day life. The gym itself is super welcoming, everyone is friendly, and the environment feels cozy and comfortable. Plus, the pricing is really fair compared to other PT options in the city, especially for the level of care and professionalism you get. Overall, I’m so happy I chose this gym.
