I love this place! I have been coming here since the beginning of this year and I have been 100% satisfied with the customer service and expectations! It’s super clean as well which is great!! This is sugar waxing and not traditional waxing! The women here are amazing, respectful and will talk you through your first time with such compassion! Kaydee is my go to sugarist and she is absolutely amazing! Also the products they have are a must have for aftercare and maintenance!
First off, I love the vibe of this place. Everyone is so nice, and they offer you a refreshment upon arrival (granted if you arrive early 😉). My girl was amazing and I felt very comfortable and it was prob my least painful one yet! I'll be coming back for sure! Thank you Kaydee!
I had a horrible experience here. My first time here and I always get bikini waxes. Got here and absolutely and was shocked by their technique. They use cold wax and the same piece over and over on your skin. They pull your hair back really hard with the cold wax which hurts like crazy than pull your hair out. So pretty much double the pain. Even the technician said she had it done once on her leg and never again it hurts so much. I decided not to finish the job after the first pull because it would’ve caused so much pain and so much time as they pull a tiny section a time.. Tiny!!!! The tech said if I couldn’t take it I could leave. I decided to leave. In the reception the receptionist said I need to charge you 50% of the cancellation fee. I wasn’t happy because I showed up, it wasn’t what I expected. So , beware. This isn’t your typical waxing place, it’s cheaper because they use cheap wax over and over on your skin , tiny parts at a time and hurts a little more than hit waxes. I do not recommend this place. And I am upset they still charged me for services I didn’t get , so petty and so greedy.
Love this place, it’s super close and all the girls are a vibe. They also sell the most amazing body scrubs
So so dissapointed. Been a customer here about a year, have always had a great experience. Not this time. Called for a same.day appointment, explained i was driving from a little bit away and theres a massive storm lasting 4 days happening as im driving. By some miracle i make it in one piece bit im told im 1 minute late.. past thier "policy" ... and that service wont be provided. No understanding.. no Fs given by staff.. no.. hey we can see u in 30 mins if u can wait ..nope. just.. "this is our policy".. When I asked for the supervisor, Berlin.. they said they would leave a message for her and no one knows when she will be in or when she will get the message. The issue is... u should value customers... even if u charge a late fee, u try to accomodate ESPECIALLY when the customer communicated with staff.. Customer Service is NONEXISTENCE. I THINK ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO SOMEONE THAT VALIES ME AND UNDERSTANDS.
