I've been many times already, but am only now writing a review! This has become my fiancé's and my go-to coffee shop in Lubbock. The biggest gripe I have with most places is a lack of balance in their drinks (as they're usually overly sweet), as well as their flavors/syrups tasting a bit artificial. This has never been an issue for me with any drink I've gotten at Summer Moon, since each and every one has brought a smile to my face at first sip! Their espresso is amazing and flavorful, and never burned. If you're the type to drown out the flavor of coffee with syrup and milk, you'd honestly be missing out by doing it at Summer Moon! Aside from the quality of their drinks, the staff is always attentive, friendly, and fast. I also love how cozy the shop itself is. I'm sure to come back over and over to enjoy some delicious drinks, and I'd recommend Summer Moon to anyone seeking some quality coffee!
My first time here and the girl at front taking order is super sweet and attentive this make have a good experience and I’ll definitely come back, she deserves at raise:) She recommended me a half moon cinnamon 10/10 not to sweet not strong. Thank you for your recommendation 💖
While in Lubbock we went here twice and the coffee was consistent which is very important! Their sweet cream is fantastic and the baristas were helpful when I was trying to decide what to order.
Phenomenal coffee and refreshingly amazing service from the staff. They were patient and cheerful with our rather large group with children in tow, and they snapped a group photo for us upon request. The interior is beautifully designed and they have a water bottle refill station which is so helpful! This is a great place for settling down with a book, focusing on work with your laptop, or a catching up with a friend. 10/10. I can’t wait to try their other locations across Texas when traveling.
I enjoyed the Raspberry Refresher so much. Chai Latte ( vanilla) was awesome except the cinnamon flavor (😐). I don’t like cinnamon that much. Lemon pound cake was really fluffy inside and warm. Loved the cake.
