Never a bad experience here. The staff are always helpful. While they let you know about specials, they’re not pushy about it like other places. Vacuums have great suction and the air freshener’s are always nice! The windex and towels were frozen when I went which was a bummer but not entirely their fault. Will be back :)
I like all the Super Star in the area as they seem to have the bigger presence which creates ease of access. However, their tire shine option is almost non-existent compared to some others I've used. I spoke with one of the attendants and it was relayed the team was working the issue but I've seen the same results. Some of the tire (not the whole tire) will have shine and others will not have anything.
The sides of my car got really clean, but the front was left really dirty after the wash. Not sure if it’s because my car is low or what. I wrote their customer service email but I haven’t heard back.
Came by yesterday and Shelbey was so wonderful she’s was very helpful and informative! She has awesome customers service skills which is so hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back and I’m thinking about getting a monthly membership now!
KC did an absolutely phenomenal job detailing my car! From the start, his hand signals and clear communication made the whole process smooth and easy. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns. The attention to detail was remarkable, and my car looks better than it did when I first bought it. I highly recommend KC for anyone looking for top-notch car cleaning!
