Dropped off our Lyriq because it got a bad case of water spots from the last snow storm we received in the springs. Funny how it was mostly on the front end. Talked with Alex and Taylor told me they could do paint correction and ceramic coat the car. During the Lyriq spa day I ended up in the ER. I kept in contact telling them I couldn't pick up the car due to illness. Tried to pick it up Friday but wasn't sure we could make it. I asked if they were open on Saturday and they told me they were closed on the weekend. I received a text later on from Alex telling me if I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday he would meet me at the shop. Wow did the car look great. They did an absolute great job on removing all the water spots and made the car look new again. Thank you for your attention to detail and great customer service. Awesome guys glad I found you. They arrived right on time, fully equipped, and treated my car with incredible care and attention to detail. Every surface—inside and out—was spotless, polished, and looking better than it has in years. What really stood out was their professionalism and pride in their work. They didn’t rush the job, and they made sure I was happy with the results before wrapping up. The convenience of having them come to me was a huge bonus, and the quality easily matched (or exceeded) what I’ve seen from high-end shops. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier service, convenience, and a car that feels brand new again!
I live in Colorado Springs and Showcar AutoSpa is awesome! They produce nothing but the highest quality in their work and were very detailed when going over the work on my Grand Cherokee. The tint job was perfect and so was the detail. I would definitely recommend 10/10.
Had a wonderful experience with them. Took my Dodge Charger in to get some ppf and they were wonderful. Got PPF and a tail stripe done. Not only kind, but work to make the experience as easy as possible while also not adding pressure to anything at all. Will be back for sure. Ask for Carson.
I’m hesitant to write this review, but I’ve been repeatedly asked to do so. I’ve reached out to them three different times through three different channels, but I haven’t received any response. Let’s start with the positive aspects. The detailer was friendly and did a good job overall. They cleaned two of my cars on the same day, and the exterior looked great. However, the interior had some areas that were missed. I feel like these are standard areas for cleaning, such as cup holders, under the driver’s seat, and the trunk. I immediately reached out to their Facebook page (where we first made contact) after noticing the missed areas, but I didn’t receive a response. I then reached out to the detailer directly, and he sent me a message to pay the invoice. This gave me his number, but I still didn’t receive a response. I also reached out to the number that sent me the invoice, but I didn’t receive a response either. I waited three days for a response or for the issue to be fixed, but I never heard back. I decided to just pay them, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend them.
