I had Supreme Service install a new furnace and air conditioning system, and there technician Ricardo did an excellent job. After experiencing a headache (which was unrelated to the install), I called them out of concern for carbon monoxide, and they promptly sent Will R, who was both professional and thorough in testing the system to ensure that everything was safe. I’m impressed with their quick response and attention to customer safety!

While the technicians have been good, they are awful at keeping appointments. Not just showing up late, they literally do not show. I’m waiting on my 4th reschedule right now, promised first appointment of the day, and nobody has shown and they are over an hour late. On top of that, they pass me on to an AI customer service rep now that just says they’ll have someone get in touch with me soon. I asked on Monday to speak to a manager (after the 3rd no-show) and nobody has called me back (it’s Friday), despite being reassured 2x this week someone would call me. I’ll be looking for a new company to service my geothermal now, really cannot recommend this company to anyone at this point.

Supreme Service knocks it out on f the park again. It was just a maintenance service call this time, however they also installed the units. On both occasions they were the definitions of professional. They were on time, very efficient, spotless clean, and very personable. Jose M took additional time after their work to explain everything and give great pointers on how to keep the unites clean and running for a long time. I have already and will continue to suggest Supreme Service for all of anyone’s HVAC needs. They really are the best!

Stay away from this company. It was a disaster. A 2 day job turned into a 8 week job. They took on a job they had no business taking on. We hired them to install a tub and shower walls. They had to rip it out and start over. And only did so when I put up reviews. They finally finish and offer a discount and then try and take the discount back. My water pressure is low now, they chipped the walls, scuffed the tub, the floor isn't level, crappy caulking job I pretty much had to redo it, etc. Crazy. Don't waste your time with these guys. And I have dealt with so many different employees. When I call back to deal with the same guy they are gone. Terribe company.

I’ve deleted my earlier 5 Star review. It’s been 2 weeks, 3 visits from two different technicians, $1400, and our AC still isn’t fixed. After each visit, the AC cools for a few hours but within 5 to 10 hours stops cooling completely. In the meantime we’ve had to buy a window AC unit to make the home livable. No one can afford having a technician out every other day. To their credit, the technicians acted Profesional and courteous, explained what they did in clear terms, arrived in their estimated windows, and were nice people. However, their work was not enough to do the job of fixing our AC. The first photo is from the tech, which shows at 10am today the AC unit was blowing 61 degree air. Great! The second photo is from 10pm, same day, and despite being set to Cool, the AC is blowing 83 degree air. Infuriating.
