The check in process takes way too long. They are really weird about you having a band put at that exact moment. The place also needs a good cleaning. The amount of dust on everything was astounding. My eyes were on fire the whole time. They need a better filtering system for air. They also need to dust the area more too. You could see the dust falling ontop of the people below whom were taking their shoes off. It washing my hair and eyes.
It was such a fun time lots of fun activities to do . As well the staff were great very helpful and friendly people. I definitely recommend taking your loved ones there they will have quite the time there.
Paul was very helpful & polite the whole staff are very attentive . First time here & very impressed with the Clean premises; grandkids ( age 11 & 6 ) loved it … great variety of Play areas …. Highly recommend …
Great place! I take my grandkids there on a regular basis they love it it gets their energy out. We especially had a good time in the ball pit and we appreciate the help that we got from one of the employees named Charisse. She was very conscientious and made sure all the kids were safe in the ball pit including my granddaughters.
We had a blast at Syctron! There was so much to do, and it honestly turned into a great workout. The place is pretty clean and well maintained, with lots of different activities to keep everyone entertained. It did get a bit packed at one point, which made it a little annoying bumping into kids who weren’t paying attention, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue. The staff were super friendly and helpful the entire time. One thing to note you do have to wear the special grip socks they sell, even if you already brought your own, which was kind of a bummer. There were also a few areas inside the play structures that were pretty dark. I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting my child roam around alone, especially knowing there are also other adults in there. It would be great if they added some lighting or even black lights in the netting sections it would make it look even cooler. A huge bonus is that the lockers are free to use, which made it so much easier to store our stuff without any extra hassle. Other than that, it was a really fun experience and I’d definitely come back again.
