Fantastic service and communications. Very professional every step of the way. Don and Wendi were unbelievable, they sold our home in one day. Our realtor Don Sheets was by far the best realtor we ever had. We highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to every question and concern we had in the process of both selling our prior home and finding/buying our current home. As a bonus we also had his wife, Wendi (another excellent realtor) help out. Again, we highly recommend Don whether you are interested in selling or buying a home.
We met Wendi and Don at an open house they were hosting. We were impressed with their professionalism and contacted Wendi to help us find a home. We could not have asked for more attentive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced realtors. Wendi attacked an otherwise stressful process in a manageable and efficient manner and was attentive to all our needs. What we especially appreciated was her honesty. In this competitive market, it is easy to lose sight of what you want in a home and to “settle” for something that may not meet your needs. Wendi’s expertise and honesty prevented that from happening. She made sure that we had all the pertinent info to make such an important and expensive decision and that we were aware of our blind spots. As a result, we were saved from the “buyer’s remorse” we’ve too often heard about in this real estate market. STOP your search because you’ve just landed on the best real estate team in the Cincinnati / Dayton area. I just sold with Don and Wendi and things couldn’t have gone better. I’ve worked with many realtors and even interviewed 6 different agents before choosing one this time around. Here are some things that went really well; where Don and Wendi truly stand out from the crowd. - Don showed up in our very first meeting prepared with a precise listing price suggestion, comparative market analysis, and breakdown of the ultimate net. He had comps printed out so I could see everything out in front of me while digesting the information. This was very different from many broad unhelpful listing ranges I’ve received from agents in the past. - Don is very straightforward which I appreciated and felt his goal was truly to align with my best interests. I asked a lot of questions especially in our first meetings and Don had the best answers of anyone I met with. Don and Wendi have the 30+ years of real estate experience to answer all questions thoroughly without deflecting anything. - We received a fantastic offer 4 days after list and Don was incredibly helpful during negotiations and had some great ideas during inspections to keep things moving forward. - Wendi, Autumn, and the rest of the team were always a pleasure to interact with over phone and email and Wendi really puts in a ton of work behind the scenes to make the internet marketing magic all come together perfectly.
