Met James today on spec and was glad I did. I needed some minor repairs/replacements on a couple of watches and he was very understanding of my needs. James offered a great choice of new strap for my precious vintage Omega which looks spectacular now it’s on my wrist. James and team offered great service and were very amenable on both my visits. I had a necklace shortened at Temelli Jewellery and I thoroughly recommend dropping in for repairs and more. My job was very straightforward and inexpensive, but the staff members I dealt with, both when dropping off and picking up my necklace, were so kind. They spent time making sure I was completely happy every step of the transaction. Very charming and the epitome of ‘old fashioned’ service. Thank you so much.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I had visited a few jewellers to find my find my engagement ring and Temelli's was the only one I felt truely at ease. The staff were just amazing. They know their job so well and I felt they understood what I wanted in such a short time. Sri went out of her way to find green sapphires that matched perfectly and they designed the most beaitiful ring. I absolutely love it! I will be buying all my jewellery from here! If you're pondering where to go, this is definitely the place! Thankyou so much!
