Excellent, Get Gemma Bevan in to sell your home. Gemma Bevan was absolutely fantastic. Gemma's property appraisal was spot on with price. The marketing was great and everyone loved the video. Gemma's for sale sign went up on Wednesday 12th November and she sold the property to a cash buyer on Monday 17th November. Gemma met with the buyers at the home open, then organised a private viewing at the home. We left Gemma to do her fantastic job with the buyers and came home to a hand written cash offer. Gemma is wonderful, highly recommend.
Anil is extremely professional, has great market knowledge and excellent communication skills. From my initial meeting with Anil, I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and local market knowledge. Selling a property can often provide stressful situations and Anil was always a calming presence, liaising with the other parties involved to sort out any issues that may have arisen during the process. He always returned calls or messages promptly and communicated clearly. I would highly recommend Anil to any person seeking to buy or sell property in today's highly competitive market.
