Update: After Billy saw my review, he reached out to me directly and was able to resolve the issues. I appreciate him taking the time to address my concerns. I would never recommend this realtor firm to anyone. Guillermo (Billy) made a lot of promises at the beginning, but none of them were ever followed through. Instead of keeping me updated or delivering on what he said, he just blew me off completely. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a realtor who actually values their clients.
As a first-time homebuyer, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Cristal. From doing virtual showings while I was out of state to walking me through every step of the process, she made sure I felt confident and informed the entire way. She was always patient, explained everything clearly, and never left me guessing about what came next. Even when challenges popped up, Cristal always had a solution ready and handled everything with professionalism and care.
