We came to Chicago for a vacation and our meal at hampton social was our favorite! The atmosphere was great and festive for the holidays. There was seating upstairs and downstairs. It was roomy and you could easily enjoy your conversations without extra noise. The service was great! Our waitress Kristy was kind, attentive and knowledgeable about the food. The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the Brussels sprouts and monkey bread for appetizers and both were devoured! I ordered the Acai bowl and was in heaven! Fresh and full of textures. The chicken and waffles were a hit. The only feedback was the waffle itself was not hot but the chicken was one of the best chickens my sister ever had. The lobster grilled cheese was great! Also the avocado toast was delicious, only feedback was the bread was almost too toasted and hard to cut. I recommend going in a heartbeat!
We went here for the second time and was pleased with everything Hampton Social had to offer. We got a martini, bang bang shrimp, and a salad. It was a really quick turn around time after we ordered, the food came out so fast. Our waiter was nice and attentive for the most part. The seating is bar seating, regular tables and tall tables. Love the vibe of the restaurant, very modern and chic. It is clean and not unreasonably priced. Probably will be back here in the future :)
Absolutely loved my experience at Hampton Social! The lobster roll was amazing fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to Magus, the manager, he was incredible! His attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. He made the experience even better and showed what excellent customer service looks like. Great food, great vibes, and amazing service. I’m a forever customer!!!!
What an amazing place - the food, vibe, and service were all GREAT! While the menu was limited, all choices sounded fantastic (making ordering extremely difficult). However, totally happy with my order - both the Lobster Roll & Crispy Coconut Tofu were DELISH! 🔥 Which also means that it's highly likely that other menu items are just as tasty. Looks like I'll be back. 😊
Service and atmosphere is UNPARALLELED!! I feel bad I didn't remember my waiter's name because I eat out several times a week, but he was EXCEPTIONAL! Gave really helpful SPOT-ON advice concerning the options on the drink menu. And about the drinks? AMAZING! I could tell that the margarita and mojito I ordered were made with quality ingredients because the flavor was so vibrant and fresh.. Incredible and stiff too, no watered down nonsense that is overpriced. Their smashburger and truffle fries were DELICIOUS as well and the 1/2 shell East Coast-origin oysters fresh and superbly briny, just the way I usually Iike—again a wise choice that was only possible after his thorough description of the difference in palate profile characteristics. The ambiance exuded major spa-like retreat vibes and even had a live folk rock type musician. Everything about the atmosphere encouraged chill-ax mode. Hope to visit again when in the area! But in the meantime, I highly recommend to others!
