This was my first head spa experience after receiving a gift voucher from my partner and woooow, he chose well. After running exceptionally late for my appointment (travelling from 2hours away, thanks Perth traffic), from reception to treatment the staff were so beautiful, attentive and helpful. My therapist - her hands were pure magic. I even felt myself nodding off during the treatment it was THAT relaxing, and I have never done that during any sort of appointment before. She assessed my scalp, asked me questions about my hair, what kind of stage of life I was in (hello wild post partum regrowth) and applied products to suit. I wish my hair could always feel like this. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my first experience at a head spa, and I am blown away! Renee at the desk was super friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is serene, and everything smells delightful. I booked in with Kayla, who helped me feel calm and comfortable as soon as we entered the room. There was a point during my session that I felt so relaxed, I completely forgot she was in the room with me. I was left in a state of euphoria for the rest of the day, and my hair was left so shiny and smooth after it all! 10/10 will be back
I don’t know what happened to me in the 2.5 hours I spent here, but I’m fairly certain I was transported to another dimension — one where I floated on clouds and frolicked with unicorns. These guys have somehow managed to take the best parts of a day spa and a hairdresser and combine them into one glorious package of pure relaxation. I booked the winter wellness package, which included a 60-minute facial and a 90-minute head spa. The facial was beautiful, but let’s be honest — the real magic happened during the head spa which is what we are all here for. I don’t know what kind of sorcery Jess performed, but I was absolutely blown away. When she pulled out those brushes and started brushing my scalp and neck, I genuinely wished I could grow hair over my entire body just so I could be groomed like that every day for the rest of my life. I left so blissed out that I decided to completely forgo my parenting responsibilities afterwards, treat myself to an Aperol Spritz in my garden and feed my kids Weet-Bix for dinner. This experience wasn’t just a 10/10 — it was a *12/10*. Absolutely worth every bit of hype
I was booked in with Jess today and she was nothing short of perfect! She was kind, tentative, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. All staff were so nice, the venue was clean, relaxing and such a lovely vibe. I walked out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Only had a smidge trouble with parking as something was on at the zoo so be mindful (not their fault!) Thank you!
Such a stunning place, beautifully designed with a serene and elegant aesthetic. The surroundings are peaceful, creating an immediate sense of calm the moment you arrive. The staff are absolutely delightful. Very warm and welcoming and genuinely attentive making you feel completely cared for from start to finish. The head spa treatment itself is nothing short of amazing, deeply relaxing, wonderfully rejuvenating and an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed in both body and mind. Visiting Head Spa Perth is not just a treatment, it’s a luxurious, soul-soothing escape.
