We just closed on our first investment property, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Denzel. Even though we’re located in California and our property was out of state, he made us feel like neighbors the entire time. His communication was exceptional—consistent, clear, and proactive—which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. Denzel went above and beyond at every step, staying on top of details, anticipating our questions, and making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and breezy instead. As first-time investors, that level of care and professionalism meant everything to us. If you’re looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely invested in your success (no matter where you’re located), Denzel is the one. Our buyers agent was Denzel Robinson and he really went above and beyond with taking care of us in purchasing this property. He was attentive and very professional. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this agency based on what my in-laws went through with their agent, Allison. I initially recommended her because I had spoken with her previously about rentals and found her to be very pleasant. My in-laws were relocating from North Carolina to Florida, and Allison was fully aware that we would be involved in the process due to the out-of-state move. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. She would go days without responding to calls, texts, or emails. My in-laws were highly motivated buyers and, while selective, already had several homes in mind. Despite this, Allison would not allow us to view homes on their behalf as they requested. There were multiple occasions where we felt forced to view properties on our own due to her lack of responsiveness. At one point, communication was so poor that my in-laws’ North Carolina realtor began helping them search for homes in Florida. They ultimately found a home they were very interested in, but Allison refused to submit an offer because she disagreed with the price they wanted to start at, despite it being their decision. She frequently sent listings she knew they wouldn’t be interested in or would simply say there were no options available despite the fact that they were flexible on location and there were clearly many available properties, even with a basic Zillow search. When they finally went under contract, they were rushed through the walkthrough and were not allowed to be present for the inspection. The inspection missed several major issues, including cracked windows, a broken hot water heater, and a malfunctioning pool pump. When asked for the inspector’s information, Allison responded that they “could find it in five minutes if they really wanted to,” and later stated she had done “more than enough” because she picked my father-in-law up from the airport (something that should be standard for an agent working with out-of-state buyers.) Overall, while the brokerage itself may be reputable, I would not recommend Allison to anyone looking for an agent who is responsive, supportive, and truly invested in helping clients find the right home.
Jessica and Nick are incredible people to work with! I haven’t bought or sold a home with them yet, but after getting to know them, it’s clear how passionate and genuine they are about what they do. They’re hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping others. You can tell right away that they go above and beyond for their clients, as they made this lengthy process seem like an easy feat, something that stems from being trustworthy and friendly. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make this usually extraneous process, an easy and enjoyable one. It’s always an absolute pleasure when it comes to working with such a well rounded, detail oriented team.
