Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at. The equipment alone sets this place apart: truly state-of-the-art machines you won’t find anywhere else, all built with performance and results in mind. Everything feels intentional, advanced, and designed to support your fitness goals. What really makes this gym special though is the energy and community. The people here are passionate, focused, and serious about their fitness goals in the best way. It’s motivating, inspiring, and pushes you to level up every time you walk in. If you’re looking for a gym that delivers on equipment, convenience, and vibe, this is it :)
Best experience ever. Rocco was so amazing and inviting to his gym and the lab athletic club experience. They have dream equipment, the best energy and great clientele. Also really appreciated the management!
This gym is truly one of a kind! The whole environment has such an artistic vibe, from the neon lights to the wall art and mirrors, every detail is perfectly placed. All the equipment is modern and top-notch, making every workout feel like a premium experience. What I love the most is that it’s open 24/7, so I can train anytime I want without worrying about business hours or waiting for equipments. And of course, Rocco the owner and coach is simply the best trainer you could ever meet. He’s incredibly attentive, passionate, and knows exactly how to push you to your limit (in the best way!). With him, you never have to worry about not reaching your fitness goals. Highly recommend! 💪✨ (Plus, sometimes you’ll get to see Apollo and Hercules, cutest furballs on earth)
One of the most carefully curated gyms I’ve ever been to. They have equipment for everything you need and then some. I highly recommend the lab for anyone who is serious about working out or athletes looking for the right set up to improve performance. Also the owner Rocco is the man!
Truly had a great experience at this gym! The machines and aesthetics is definitely my type of vibe. Rocco was super helpful and informative once I got in. Day pass is $60 and it’s definitely worth checking out. I will be coming back again soon!
