Cayl is the BEST!! I started seeing her when my mom gifted my daughter and I facials for a girls day months ago. The facial is an amazing experience! All the treatments you get for the price can’t be beat! It is the cutest place and Cayl is one of the sweetest people ever!
I have had the pleasure of getting a signature facial with Serena, on two occasions. The first was gifted to me. I wasn’t aware the tip was included in the price, which was nice! Before starting, Serena asked some questions about my skin concerns and current routine. Throughout the facial she explained each step. I booked a second appointment, thoroughly pleased after the first service. The second appointment, she was able to add the chemical peels. I was also given aftercare products (which I fell in love with a purchased on my own) and instructions following both appointments. After a day or two, Serena checked in to see how my skin was doing, which I really appreciate! I am already seeing positive results with some troublesome acne spots and dull skin. Additionally, the environment is super cute and welcoming. Highly recommend!!

What a fun experience! I love the vibe of the place. The facial was so relaxing and in depth. Lindsey explained every step for me and told me what each part did for the benefit of my skin. I had such a dewy glow after, and my skin felt baby soft. There were a lot of exfoliating steps, but to my surprise, my skin wasn’t red or irritated. Lindsey catered the appointment to me; I have dry and sensitive skin- so she made sure to use gentle and hydrating products. The room is private, relaxing, and calming. And after, I got a cute little goodie bag that included items for my facial after care. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
I had a great facial experience at The Only Facial Omaha! The shop is clean, quiet and charming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is a good value, receiving an 11 step facial for a flat investment that included gratuity. I left feeling relaxed, fresh faced and well-hydrated.
