Basée à Philadelphie, The Philadelphia Dance Academy propose un enseignement de danse organisé et de haut niveau pour tous les âges. Des cours disciplinés axés sur la force du tronc, l'ouverture des hanches, la flexibilité et l'équilibre, destinés aux danseurs souhaitant développer des compétences avancées.
Des sessions hebdomadaires pour maintenir l'engagement des danseurs et les faire bouger avec des activités variées et stimulantes tout au long de l'été.
Des répétitions très bien organisées menant à des performances de premier plan, enseignant la précision et le travail d'équipe dans un cadre professionnel.
Un accompagnement bienveillant pour les danseurs de tous types de corps et de toutes capacités, mettant l'accent sur la positivité et la progression dans une atmosphère accueillante.
This is our first year at PDA and I could not be more impressed. My daughter took ballet for many years at another school, but needed to switch to a more disciplined program. In just 6 months we have seen a big improvement in her core strength, turnout, flexibility and balance. Plus, the classes are fun and varied, yet challenging. The teachers demand a lot from the girls both physically and mentally, but maintain a light-heartedness that is encouraging. My daughter comes home tired, happy and hungry. Additionally, the school is extremely careful about actively greeting and signing in the students, and then actively dismissing them directly to an adult with warmth and friendliness. I am really glad I finally decided to switch dance schools. PDA is a GEM and we found it!
PDA sets a very high standard in dance education for all ages. A love of dance is instilled in the young students of the Early Childhood Program. As students level up, they are challenged and gain confidence. Ms. Lori and her staff exude a positive, professional energy that runs through the PDA community. The performances and rehearsals are highly organized and run with precision. The Summer Program keeps dancers moving and engaged all week. It continues to be a wonderful experience. Philadelphia is lucky to have PDA.
It’s awesome! They teach so well, piece by piece; if you don’t get something, the teachers take the time to help you understand. Also, the final product after the material taught is flawless. Their communication process with the parents is very professional and productive. My daughter loves to attend her dance class every week.
My daughter has attended PDA for ten years and we just love it there. I have three children who do a myriad of activities and this one is the most organized and best run activity any of my kids do. Lori, the owner, runs this school like a well-oiled machine. We have notice of everything extremely far in advance. More importantly, the training at PDA is top notch. The teachers are always positive and they are truly an inclusive dance environment which supports dancers of all body types and abilities.
My daughter started in 1st grade and as been at PDA for 6 years it as been a great experience for us and just seeing her grow with such poise and grace and become a great dancer, I am grateful for the teachers and everyone there that helps her grow. And the performance are top tier…………. Everywhere I go I tell them about PDA and how awesome they are.
