Last weekend I took my 10 year old son there to ride go karts as this place had more than karts, and was very reasonably priced. We started off bowling, which was fun. Went to the foam pit where he jumped in. Then took 2-3 business days getting over to the rock wall only to take another 2-3 to get back. The foam pit is way to big to be useful... We went over to the big go karts, only to find out he was too short to drive them. And he was too big/old to enjoy the toddler sized go karts, so that was a huge bummer. We tried to play laser tag but nobody was working that section so we left. Staff was friendly, the place was clean and decently laid out.
I came here today (11/15) with two 9 year-olds. Both were measured when we got our wristbands, and deemed “tall enough” for all attractions. The woman who checked us in (Millie?) was SO kind and patient when I had an issue with my online tickets. Most other staff at the main counter were nice throughout the day as well, and I would love to rave about them! HOWEVER, as mentioned in a few other reviews, a lot of the teenagers working here are very rude. It felt like we were inconveniencing them any time we wanted to do something. Not sure what you would expect working at a place like this… Both boys drove the go karts the first hour we were there. Two younger girls were working it. We took a break to try out some other stuff, but when we came back to the go karts they were suddenly “not tall enough”. Same for the kids in line behind them. The same two girls were working and refused to let them drive. The only difference this time around was that there was a much longer line, and making them double-up would get more people through. They also stopped all the karts in the middle of the race two separate times to walk over and yell at some girls to be quiet. Yeah, they were loud, but maybe an intercom system or something would be better for that kind of situation. The foam pit rules magically changed halfway through the day as well, the later staff cracked down on things that the morning staff were fine with, like kids stacking some of the cubes and knocking them over. Whatever the rule is, consistency would be nice. The woman working laser tag in the morning was awesome, and the one working the afternoon looked super annoyed any time people wanted to play. I saw some replies from the business saying they’re “addressing the problem” in regard to staff issues, but the problem is absolutely still there. Quite pricey for bad service. If I rated our visit after the first hour, I would have given 5 stars. This place has great potential.
To be honest this place is REALLY nice! It is clean and the activities are great. The rates for daily activities are steep, but okay for a day out. However, we had a birthday there, and we spent over $700 just for the activities and arcade cards. No food or drink (or plates/cups/utensils/ice/napkins) included. The party room is for 1 hour, and there is no host. You’re totally on your own. The activity cards had $40 in credits, which lasted each kid about 20 minutes. The staff said they can’t answer questions about parties, and their phone line can no longer discuss parties. All of this is done through email. I would take my kids here once in a while for a splurge day, but as far as a birthday goes, I would have definitely gone elsewhere if I knew how it was operated.
Excellent variety place for kids complete with foam block pit, mini golf, bowling, bumper cars and go cart track. Best for kids 5 and older, not much for littles here. Arcade is a bit pricey but all other activities are worth the $$. We had a fun time here celebrating a birthday!
Very Fun place to take your family. It’s fun for everyone. In my observation they have activities for smaller children (4-8) like bumper cars, even rally cars, bowling, mini golf, foam pit/w trampoline. To activities for older children (9-15) pool tables, bumper cars, rock climbing wall, miniature golf, laser tag, go carts, bowling. They have a arcade for every age group. I think this place was great my family with children ranging from 5-16 all collectively had a wonderful time. The pricing could be seen as expensive I think for a larger family but it was fair I think and I would describe as affordable. However arcade game are not included in the pricing which is set by time constrictions not by the activity. So you could pay $30/3 hrs of unlimited activities. The atmosphere was great and everyone in my party thought it was great. My family and I would definitely revisit this place for some fun out of the sun 😂. Restrooms were clean, my only complaint there were no options to buy food but even with this minor inconvenience it was a very great place.
