First time finally using my gift certificate here. Gabrielle was amazing. So warm and inviting. The massage while getting my scalp massaged was the most relaxing I have had in a while. Will most definitely going back. Thank You!!!
I loved my experience! I’ve been wanting to try out this type of service for a while now and finally decided to treat myself. Unfortunately, it was SO relaxing that I forgot my service providers name! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! She had wonderful pressure. The chair massage was awesome! It felt great around my calves. I added the heated eye mask which was such a nice touch. I immediately told my family about and want to bring them in sometime! Thank y’all for the wonderful experience!! My only suggestion would be adjustable chairs for the scalp analysis/styling. I’m very tall and I felt so bad for her lol!
Amazing. From a guy’s perspective this was good. I was here for relaxation with my wife, but found out that I need to take better care of my scalp. The treatment was relaxing and they even helped me with treatment of my beard and mustache. It’s basically a head and shoulders massage while you have your back, arms, and legs massaged by their hi tech chair. I cannot complain. I’m going to sleep well tonight. I’d love to experience this again!
My friend and I had an amazing time! Alexus was considerate and welcoming. They made the experience! From the moment you walk in to the time you leave you feel like the only one there. The only thing that would make it that much better is hot blankets but then we might not leave 😅. We had a fantastic time, would definitely recommend.
The Cosmetologist Aubrey is amazing! She did a great job cleansing my hair! Highly recommend for a deep and thorough cleanse. The spa is exceptionally clean which I did appreciate. I did let the manager know that I recommended better products for ethnic hair types (I’m naturally a little kinky and coily ;) ) The products did an amazing job cleansing my scalp, but unfortunately it tangled the rest of my hair. I still gave them an 5/5 because of the excellent service and when I brought it up to the manager she asked me what products I would recommend for ethnic hair types. She even brought out their hair care product flyer and circled the products that I recommended that would be safer/effective for ethnic hair types. Hopefully they have those when I come back
