I am a relatively new member of THE SPA but I must say they have met all my expectations so far. I go for massage therapy and the masseuses have all been top notch, the membership price for the session is very reasonable. The place is clean, peaceful, elegant. You get great service at a great price! If you have not visited THE SPA, I would highly recommend you give them a try.
The massage was GREAT! Very relaxing. The facial was ok. I never got steamed and the hot towels were not hot enough to do that task, though she attempted. She was very kind and polite. The pedicure and manicure were terrible. I've never had such a short pedicure. She forgot to paint my baby toe and I had to remind her for the top coat. As for my manicure - the paint isn't even. I have nails that are all different shades and thickness of paint. I have several hang nails now that I had to cut off once leaving. Over all, it was an ok experience. I'd return for a massage and maybe a facial but not a pedicure or manicure. They're running a special/prize opportunity at the moment for good reviews and nails photos so please keep that in mind when look at reviews from January of 2026.
I have been coming to this spa for years (years before they moved location, even) I have always done the monthly mani pedi subscription as it is the best deal I have ever found. I love this place. I especially love the "Dazzle Dry" polish option so that I can give my nails a break from gel while still using a high quality, long lasting polish. I also recently got a facial here and it was so refreshing. I was worried my face would break out because I can be sensitive to new products but I had a wonderful experience and no issues afterwards.
I had an amazing experience at the spa while celebrating my birthday. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who were extremely kind and took the time to explain the process, show me the facilities, and make me feel comfortable. The spa environment was very clean, relaxing, and truly welcoming. My facial was performed by Meme, who was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Meme explained each step of the treatment in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. Her gentle approach and friendly attitude made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this spa and especially Meme for anyone looking for a high-quality and personalized spa experience.
Love my dazzle dry manicure and manicurist Sandra. The employees at the spa orlando are so kind. Come ready to enjoy your services here. Great conversation, amazing workmanship and come thirsty… 🍷☕️🥤. Oh and they have a membership plan, very affordable and worth it.
