The Spa & Treatments, situé au cœur de Thorpe Park, Leeds, offre une expérience revitalisante qui s'adresse aussi bien aux habitants qu'aux visiteurs. Avec un éventail de services de spa, notamment une piscine, un sauna et un hammam, cet établissement est conçu pour la détente et le bien-être. Un personnel compétent offre un service client excellent dans un cadre propre et accueillant. Bien que les installations soient reconnues pour leur qualité, les visiteurs sont encouragés à réserver à l'avance afin de garantir une expérience paisible au milieu de l'agitation de l'hôtel.

Facilities are great but unfortunately I won’t be able to recommend the place. I went to workout and my membership bracelet didn’t work. It was explained to me that the monthly membership I had was no longer available and I needed to move onto a 6 month membership. This doesn’t work for me as I work away regularly and it can only be paused in single calendar month blocks for a fee of £25 per paused month. When communicating with the assistant manager about this I was accused of being aggressive and told I had an unacceptable tone to my voice. I was simply making my distaste and irritation clear and was using direct and polite language. They simply wanted me to buy the 6 month membership or disappear and stop bothering them. I was also accused for some reason of not believing they were the assistant manager, which is a little bit odd as I made absolutely no reference to their title whatsoever. The new policy is elitist and not inclusive.
Really pleasant staff, almost helpful to the extreme! Good facilities consequently a popular spot with locals and visiting guests.
Short story. Lovely staffs, family-friendly atmosphere, very clean, and nice. 100% be back here.
I was gifted a Thorpe Park day spa voucher, and found that the pool, sauna, and steam room facilities were great, but unfortunately the relaxing visit that was promised was far from true. Perhaps I visited on a particularly busy day (Friday), but families splashing and shouting in the pool, a group of guys filming others on their phones and taking selfies pool side, and a group of women in the outside area playing music on their phones and vaping made it far from a peaceful spa experience. Essentially it's a busy hotel pool area used by a wide variety of patrons, which is fair enough, but it's a stretch to call that a spa-like experience deserving of a spa price tag.
Have been there 2times since Coronavirus lock down it's all around run and adheres to the rules you should book something like 2/3days ahead of time stay safe
