Sarah Kazak is the absolute best!! From helping us nail down exactly what we were looking for (and willing to meet us all over the place while we did so), her knowledge and expertise provided insight and reassurance. She went above and beyond in making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her positive energy is contagious and was much appreciated during the house hunting process. She is a straight-shooter who has her client's best interest at heart and isn't happy until they are. She goes to bat for her clients and we truly appreciated having such a strong presence on our "team" ❤️. Sarah will without a doubt be our go-to for any future real estate ventures- we can't recommend her enough! 🙂

100/10! Sarah EXCEEDS all expectations you could ever have. Honestly, the only reason we came to The West Team to buy our house was because of Sarah Kazak, but what an amazing experience we had. She helped us rent a house in 2024, and when it came time to buy in 2025, there was no question—it had to be her. We searched for her everywhere! and finally found her here, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. We reached out and said, “Sarah, we found a new house we like—could you help us?” She immediately went with us to see it, even got us in while they were building it! Since the property was a bit high in price, she also showed us several other previously owned homes to compare, just to make sure we covered all possibilities. She helped us negotiate too, as to not overpay and save money (she’s awesome like that). In the end, we found our home with her help. Funny story we almost bought a previously owned house, but for reasons (haha we'll keep that to ourselves 😆 as she is also the best advisor haha) we didn’t. and what a good decision that was too! Instead, we applied for the new build—and WE GOT IT! It was such an amazing experience. Sarah also recommended an excellent mortgage broker and helped us throughout the communication process. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, replied super fast, got us places that I LOVED even if I had never seen them before and in good neighborhoods (she's well connected like that 😉) and even reassured us constantly. Truly, she exceeded all our expectations. She’s such an incredible Realtor that we now consider her a friend. TBH, we wouldn’t have this house without her. We feel so happy and blessed to have had her guiding us. Thank you as well to The West Team—her boss, Josh, helped her with several aspects of buying a new build, and it made a big difference. and they also gave us such a lovely welcome home present. Very well thought as well. On the day we moved, Sarah came in, we popped Champagne, had dinner together and it was so warm and lovely, she was our first visitor. We are ecstatic with our new home.
