Extremely Disappointed – Damaged My Vehicle and Took No Accountability I brought my car to Tint World to have my windows tinted, and during the service my window was scratched. The scratch was not there before I dropped my vehicle off. Instead of taking responsibility, they are now claiming the damage already existed and that the installer allegedly told the manager before applying the film—yet this was never communicated to me. If they truly believed there was pre-existing damage, it should have been disclosed before proceeding, especially knowing the tint would make it darker and more noticeable. Service was also not as described or advertised. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with disrespect, hostility, and zero effort to provide a solution. They are beyond discriminatory. Rather than working toward a resolution, they were dismissive and defensive, leaving me with a damaged vehicle and no accountability. This experience was incredibly unprofessional, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. Instead of customer service, I was met with ignorance and an unwillingness to help. I would never recommend bringing your car here and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Absolutely the best tint shop in Austin!!! Nadeem and his crew at Tint World on Burnet are incredible! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Nadeem took the time to explain my options, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before they started. The work they did was flawless — super clean, professional, and finished faster than I expected. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. My car looks amazing, and the tint quality is perfect — no bubbles, no streaks, just beautiful work. If you want great service, fair pricing, and people who truly care about their customers, go see Nadeem and his team at Tint World Burnet. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades!
Did a great job on a new 2026 Model Y. The price was reasonable and the quality looks to be quite good. Took around an hour to do all four side windows and the back. The owner is professional and texting them beforehand to ask questions was straightforward.
Don’t come here AT ALL if you want your tint or taillights the owner of this tint world a joke don’t honor his work for lifetime warranty I had got tint done and tail lights done from owner Nadeem will promise you something and never EVER return your phone calls or make you update appointment to fix what his employees mess up front desk lady is as bad as he is lien to customers faces and uncap promise to fix what they promise tint job was good but my taillights on my ram 1500 is mess up it look like a Stevie Wonder work on my truck and didn’t know what they was doing when I pacifically said I want tint over certain piece on my taillight into the grooves of my taillight and this what I get SMH. After spending $582 at this place what a joke for real and all these positive review is a joke he will ASK customer to write a positive review as your car getting work on trying to make himself and shop look good you shouldn’t have to do that BUT ever tint world shop is independently own by different people just heads up go if you need to get window tint done go to tint world in HUTTO it’s a drive but well worth it then this location trust me they won’t be working on my Ram 1500 again I won’t be back at this tint world location EVER! and watch out for poor work done on your vehicle if you don’t believe check out photos below 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
I walked in to get a quick quote, they happened to have an opening so before I knew it I had a full tint done in a couple hours. Top quality and service. I couldn’t be happier with the look and heat rejection in this Texas summer.. 10/10 recommend these guys!
