Amazing experience. I wanted a rolex for my wedding day. I went in the store and let them know my interest. While I was there, my wife and I picked up my wedding band. The store is a welcoming environment to anybody, and this staff is always attentive. My wife and I both got Rolex's months before our wedding.
Ahmed and the team at Tiny Jewel Box are phenomenal. They take customer service to a new level and truly make you feel like a VIP. The team at TJB has been patient and gracious throughout the “journey” of starting a watch collection. Beyond watches, they are equally kind and thoughtful when helping with other jewelry purchases. A last-minute gift for my wife has become her favorite piece and something she wears every day. I look forward to continuing to work with Ahmed and the team in the future.
First experience at the Tiny Jewel Box recently and had a very enjoyable experience. From the time I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I worked with Dani - who was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely passionate about the brand. She took the time to have a real conversation, walk me through details, and introduce me to a few other members on the team - which made the visit feel personal rather than transactional. What really stood out to me was the overall atmosphere of the store. Tiny Jewel Box clearly prioritizes client experience, education, and long term relationships. It's rare to find that level of care and authenticity. Very much looking forward to spending some more time here in the future discussing all things Horology.

Can’t thank Dani and Daimen enough for helping me find my dream watch! My husband bought his dream watch last October right after our wedding, and I signed up for mine. Then, only after one year, Dani called and I still can’t believe it came true! I sincerely appreciate how dedicated and thoughtful Dani and Daimen have been, they are a team that truly cares about customers, takes them seriously, and works extra harder to help. P.S. Even if Daimen does not work here anymore, my husband and I genuinely miss working with him and wish him all the best.
