Great Service! I walked in for a state inspection and it was completed fairly quick. They did a great job, removing the old sticker and placing the new one. Definitely coming back.
I went in to get my Virginia State Inspection. Their people checked other things as well and gave me a full report. I appreciated the information and will return, very soon to take care of those items. The people at the counter are very helpful and I felt comfortable with their advice. Thank you!
My experience was really good!!! Michelle was awesome to interact with!! It is what Customer Service should look like…Professional, Pleasant with a smile!! The work was great as well….I was in and out in an hour!!! Highly recommended if you need your tires done.
Quick and efficient service. Caught a flat before & the tire was beyond repair. I called Tire Choice and they said they were able to see me immediately to get a new tire installed. I was able to get a new tire and have it installed within an hour. The front desk/ customer service rep was friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend for last minute services or any other car related needs.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service at Tire Choice While traveling from Portsmouth, VA to St. Mary’s County, MD after visiting our son, we ran into SUV trouble. We exited at the first opportunity and stopped at a nearby garage, but they were too busy to assist us. Thankfully, their customer service representative recommended Tire Choice—and that turned out to be a blessing. From the moment we arrived, the representative at Tire Choice was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He said, “Yes, we can help,” and they absolutely delivered. Their team quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed our vehicle, and had us safely back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time.
