Went in to this place to get my jewelry cleaned while on vacation. Jade assisted me with this, offered me coffee while I wait, and educated me on how to care for my pearls. The whole experience was very friendly, informative and kind. The David Yurman selection was too good to pass up and I ended up finding a new ring for my late bday present!
I have been fortunate to be a customer at TIVOL for few years now...just like my father. This past year brought some change, and we started working with Lynn Lena. My wife and I cannot say enough about working with her. Her attention to detail, communication, and understand are in line with what the TIVOL brand stands for. When I tell you our experience exceeded our expectations – truly! Y'all's customer service is top-tier!!!!! It was just a whole experience— the way we were greeting, the energy, the way we got to look at every option of jewelry, down to the handwritten note, and wrapping of the bracelet that we got!!! we got Ashton Davis as our gal that Helped us and she was the best ever— she said that she had only worked there for three months, and I would have thought she had worked there for years, so great with customer service, connecting, and really helping the client figure out what was best! Can’t wait to be back!!!
I recently moved to KC and had a friend come into town to visit and we decided to do some shopping. We both wanted to get new David Yurman pieces. From the moment we walked in Kathryn took amazing care of us. She is very knowledgeable and was incredibly patient as my friend and I were deciding which pieces of jewelry we wanted. I hope when I come back to do more shopping she is still there! Tivol was an incredibly professional business and I appreciate the warmth you get upon your arrival.
