I usually book my appointments in the salon. However, online and on the phone is always quick and easy and professional. There is no waiting and the toilet facilities are clean and of a high standard. Scott is my personal stylist for both colour and cut. He is highly skilled in both, I trust him completely. He is kind and very empathetic and highly professional. The products used for washing and styling are of the highest quality. The fragrances of the products are lovely. As with all products and services, you get what you pay for. It is my treat to have my hair coloured, cut and styled every month and Toni and Guy, Edinburgh leaves me feeling marvellous every time.

I can't thank the stylists at Toni & Guy enough for their help and expertise last month. I came in with a horrendous knot in my hair after being outside in the wind. I was treated with respect and kindness, despite the embarrassing situation. It took several stylists over an hour to untangle the knot, and I still left with a fabulous cut and shiny locks. Thank you.

First and foremost, Austin was incredibly professional yet fun, making me feel completely at ease. I’ve never experienced such a welcoming atmosphere during my first visit to a place. The ambiance was lovely, and the results were amazing! 😃"

It was my first visit to Toni & Guy - loved my salon experience. Yasamin was so kind and easy to talk to - she listened to me and offered excellent advice & reassurance. I felt very relaxed and came away with transformed hair and two new products to try. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very welcoming on arrival. Discussed with Austin what I wanted and there were a couple of options. Lovely hair wash and head massage. Once my hair was cut, Austin showed me a simple way to dry to get the same effect at home. Left feeling great.
