As a plus-size female, I often feel uncomfortable or even unwelcome in fitness and nutrition-related stores, but I had a great experience here. They had the exact product I wanted -- Built puff bars, yum! -- and the guy behind the counter was kind and helpful without trying to upsell me or shame me. Have since recommended the store to others based on my experience. Will def be back!
I have visited many Total Nutrition locations, but the service that Drew West provided was above of beyond! Drew greeted me immediately, asked me questions about what I was looking for, and personalized my products to my fitness routine. On top that Drew took the time to give me a 5 minute macros course explaining the effects of proteins, carbs, and fats and offered a free body scan so we can track my progress each month when I return to buy my supplements. I walked out of there excited for the progress of my fitness journey and feeling more educated about nutrition. Thank you so much Drew!
Total nutrition is the goto. I've been shopping here for easily 10 years. Drew always made me feel welcome, and the RJ and Bri have been the knowledgeable happy faces that keep my business. It does help that they know their stuff and don't just try to sell the 'new' or 'most profit' stuff. I ways feel like they have me and my results at the top of their heart/mind.
